To submit an adjustment request, please do the following:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on "Open New Ticket" on your user dashboard:
3. Select the "Adjustment Requests" category:
4. Then, please use the form to submit your adjustment request. Please be as descriptive as possible with your request. If your adjustment request involves adding images, please provide those images with your request.
